A quick answer on the other side of the question:

"Including the special elections in Arizona and Georgia, Republicans will be defending 23 seats in 2020, while the Democratic Party will be defending 12 seats. Democrats will need to pick up four seats to gain a majority in the Senate."

And another 20 are up in 2022. (In 2024, only 10 Repubs will be up for reelection).

The thing is, most of them are more afraid of a primary challenge if they turn on Trump than they are of losing in the general election.

Sen. Marco Rubio is up in 2022 and Sen. Rick Scott in 2024.

I've got an appointment to get to, but I plan to call them this afternoon.
