They haven’t dubbed it “blowtorch testimony” for nothing. That’s how Brian Williams described it during the first break of the morning. The term “smoking gun” was left in the rear-view mirror.

Nicolle Wallace added that the cliche ”nobody-says-this-anymore,-but” - still needed to be followed with “but I’m gonna say it anyway: I think today changed everything.” Also heard Sondland’s testimony called a John Dean moment.

Lots of hyperbole but it actually fit. I could hardly believe it, myself.

This was a mind-blowing day.
