135. I am so disappointed that about a third of the way through this, I had to go to the dentist. Boo.

However, the new crown is feeling much better than the temporary was. Yay. (Brush your teeth.) Cued up the vid where it left off and had a great time following along with your commentary. You all helped so much with great links to articles and tweets, laid the smackdown, and made me laugh out loud at times. I so wanted to chime in at several places and had to stop myself, but will distill it down here:

Fiona Hill is a badass, deftly wielding compliments like razor sharp katanas. Damn. As conflicted as I was at times regarding her testimony, it's regrettable that she is no longer with the NSC. Hers is another deep well of knowledge and talent whose loss will be keenly felt. I hope she writes the other book she mentioned.

Swalwell went there!! Nunes and Parnas sitting in a tree-ee! Nunes looked so very sad, BOO HOO.

Denny Heck is my favorite Congressional teddy bear.

I kept having to remind myself that Adam Schiff's closing remarks did not involve a teleprompter; he can speak contemporaneously that well. Yes, we do care about the big stuff.
