(53,410 posts)He also incorporates everything all the witnesses said just in the last few hours while he was sitting there listening to them. Its quite an ability to give such moving speeches off the cuff.
He doesnt need to throw notes around in front of him while supposedly asking questions like the Republicans are doing.

(527 posts)Also, his closing statement today gave me chills and nearly brought me to tears. He is absolutely genuine. Our country owes him, Nancy Pelosi, and all those who have testified at these public hearings a great debt of gratitude for their service to our country.

(18,748 posts)This is something I've really missed in public dialogue. My father was a linguistics professor. MSM dialogue has dumbed down so quickly I've been cringing regularly for the last 3 years; Adam Schiff got to the heart of everything with eloquence, gravitas, and an enlightened vocabulary. I LOVE that man!

I cannot imagine how someone can do a twenty minute speech
without notes, in perfection, not glancing a teleprompter or
for notes. Way over my head. Schiff was factual and correct.
