I checked last night and none were available in hard copy. This morning a paperback copy is available for $103. They need to print more!

ON EDIT: Some copies available for $30 - $40. I don't know why Amazon showed me the more expensive version first.

.

I was shopping for a microwave, and Amazon was offering one that was $100 more than the same model at BestBuy, and that was BEFORE applying the BestBuy Pre-Black Friday sale $40 discount. Yes. it was at $289, when BB had it pre-sale for $189 and now has knocked $40 off that price.

Then, when you buy reorders of things, the price slowly gets jacked up after the second or third order, as they switch out the resellers, who are still there, but just don't show up on your dashboard as selling the product--yet they still have it for sale.

I'm sure used book resellers have it cheaper.
