Aren't there some kind of controls or guidelines? Nunes should be flying cattle class.

Congress critters can even accept money from foreign countries and private citizen groups for travel costs.

In Congress, money and bull sh*t both walk and talk.

Once again, freshly stepped-in cowshit trumps the usual bullshit emanating from the rank member. He needs to pay this sum back in its entirety. At a dollar a day making license plates or whatever, Nunes should be a free man in a thousand years or so.

From Dulles to BRU on United in business with lie-flat seats is only about $4000. No idea what airline boondoggle we have here. BTW there is almost no true first class on these type flights. From IAD there are no nonstop first class; for those, you need connecting flights through Paris, Frankfurt, etc.

BTW I can often find business class flights to Europe for $2200-$2600. Coach seats are typically $1200-1600 on those same flights. There are cheaper coach tickets depending on season and on routing.

$14000 for airfare and a $1365 per diem for FOUR guys??

About $57,500 for air fare and $5200 a day for food, lodging and "entertainment." So much for our budget-conscious Republicans.

So, they all flew first class (biz class is about half) and for that price must have had individual deluxe suites at their hotel with hot and cold running girls.

That's not a fact-finding mission. That's a fun-finding mission.

Nothing but the reported facts. Bilking taxpayer money to find fabricated dirt on the opposition. Truly, a hater of democracy and co-collaborator with Trump and his political enablers. He needs to be kicked off the House IC on the impeachment inquiry.
