And pathological narcissism. The word-finding difficulties and lying to cover up what he has forgotten and/or never understood, seems to have a more recent onset and is progressing rapidly. I think it is apparent that the aging process has taken a toll on Trump's brain. If you watch film clips on Youtube, for example, of interviews with him in the 1980s and '90s, the differences in his speaking ability are stark when compared to today. Indeed, an associate with much more of a background on this type of speech analysis tells me that there is a decline from 2015-16 to today, and the pace of decline is accelerating. He bases this on an over-all examination of his public comments to reporters, his rallies, etc. There are fewer words used, more words repeated, more pressured speeches, more errors, and on and on.

There is a comorbidity with with his raging personality disorder. Curiously, there is growing evidence that the malignany narcissism disorder may have organic distinctions from "normal" people's brains that show up on certain brain scans.

Although this is speculation upon my part, I humbly submit that in the next 120 days, we will witness numerous examples of Trump's behaviors that suggest this combination of brain conditions has a synergy that results in increased danger to the nation.
