He warned about construction issues. Then the building collapsed. So ICE deported him.

they were stripping the forms before the concrete cured, so that they didnt have to buy more forms. that's the only reason to do it, and is a typical punk move tried by many.

every construction contract has a provision for the benefits to the workers who will get killed and injured on the job. just another cost of business.
how the insurance companies sit still for this shit, i will never know. tho i do know the premiums are huge.
