...or close to someone who is: what’s your feeling about how much support Trump has in the armed forces?

All this talk about how Trump is offending service members is eerily reminiscent of how everyone was saying Evangelicals were repulsed by Trump but then ended up voting for him in droves

1. i have posted about my nephew. he is dead in the water w the military.

kid was jr rotc, full boat up to a harvard phd, just short of a general's star when he retired. got a job at the pentagon a couple chairs down from sec def. hired by mattis.

he quit his job in disgust w the new policy guy. someone named wood, james iirc.
says the place is in chaos.

2. How can it not be with Trump in charge. I feel for the military folks who have to serve under

disgusting Trump.
I have a young nephew-kinda of a lost soul, good soul just does not know what to do now that he is out of HS. my brother, who was in the Navy had given him advice to join the Navy. He had served in peacetime on an aircraft and learned about airplanes and got a good job when he got out. Anyway, my nephew was seriously considering it but he also listens to the news and just does not know at this point.

4. I have some relatives that have just been deployed

Or are currently finishing basic training - army, navy, and coast guard. All are trumpers and gun humpers, and have found like minded individuals to befriend and marry in the military.
