But his left arm isn't moving, and he seems to be carefully keeping his right arm mostly immobile, perhaps to keep from drawing attention to the left arm by contrast.

He refuses to wear his glasses and was never particularly good at reading copy in the first place.

When he loses his spot or can't make out the words, he throws in odd rhetorical flourishes, which is how we ended up with airports during the Revolutionary War back in July.

... Lulls and pauses in meetings or conversation sent him into overdrive. He simply had to start talking to fill dead air. I think it's a trait of narcissism... They want to make sure they are contributing or being acknowledged... It's like a reflex. I just learned to work around it.... But, it's hard to work around someone who has managed to become the President of 330 million people.

-Is lying non-stop.
-Is too goddamned vain to wear glasses to read off the teleprompter, thus the delays in speech, the struggle with words, accompanied by his laughable “improvising” that usually involves a self-prompt, like struggling with the word “family,” after which he cranks up all the “so special” filler. It’s transparent as hell, and it underscores his “I really don’t give a shit” attitude.
-Would much rather be back in bed with a tray of cheeseburgers, texting away about how unfair his life is.
