I note (with some satisfaction I might add) when I am working out at the gym, amongst all of our pharmacological ads which dominate the airwaves, the ads for liposuction, cosmetic implants, other surgery options that can be achieved in other ways but here are the short cuts! (As an aside, if you stay up late at night you get to see the ads for the class action lawsuits procedures/pharmacologicals from a decade back that maybe didn’t work so well!)

I think that CFFWSG’s supporters are the segment of the population that figures that kind of shortcut is just as good as the real thing, and the logical extension of that mentality is that if you can photoshop it, it must be so.

And I agree that tweets like this are staged, but I don’t think he has the capacity to work the photoshop to that level, and it makes me wonder who gets to do this? Is it at his behest or his handlers? I’ve always thought that it must be tough to pry that phone out of his tiny little hands, even for a second.
