His weights is under control, but he doesn't have a powerful upper body or chest. There are several features in the photo that cause me to conclude that. First, look at the muscles running from his neck to his shoulders, those muscles bulge upward on a powerful man. Second, look at his breasts, they point downward, those on a powerful man would point straight outward , because the muscles under and around them would force them into a neutral position. Third, look where his first rib bone should be below his breasts, that area is flat, on a powerful chested man, the smallest muscles of a six-pack should budge noticeably, from something one notice to massive buldging fed by veins. I cut his some slack on the torso area just above the belt, that area normally in the hardest to tone and muscles there show up on only the most rock-hard men or women.
