Putin's Perfect pResident

When it came to the US presidential election in 2016, surely Vladimir Putin had a wish list as to who would make the perfect POTUS. It would be the man/woman who would destroy American democracy by doing the following:

Undermine citizens’ trust in our institutions, e.g. CIA, FBI, the judicial system, and attack the credibility of dedicated career civil servants.

Undermine citizens’ trust in legitimate journalism, while encouraging them to accept ‘fake news’ from propaganda outlets.

Promote division among the citizenry by establishing a them v us narrative.

Pit citizens one against the other on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, country of origin.

Instill fear by insisting that immigrants are violent criminals who are 'invading' the country.

Encourage violence at rallies and other public events.

Confuse the citizenry by continually lying about everything, thus causing a constant blurring of the truth.

Tear down the reputations of those the nation reveres as heroes, e.g. John McCain.

Keep citizens from knowing the content of discussions with other world leaders, especially with Putin himself.

Appoint inept, inexperienced people to positions of power and influence, thereby ensuring the deterioration of the departments/agencies they oversee.

Distance the US from its traditional allies, while praising murderous despots, e.g. Putin, Kim Jung-Un, Mohamed Bin Salman.

Overturn laws that protect our country’s environment and natural resources, and refuse to accept scientifically-proven facts like climate change.

Rely on inept, inexperienced, yes-men ‘advisors’ instead of knowledgable professionals.

Abandon the Kurds, damaging our nation’s credibility as a trustworthy ally that keeps its word.

Promote the idea that Putin had no hand in attacking the 2016 election, and therefore sanctions against Russia should be lifted.

Attempt to have Russia re-admitted to the G-7.

Insist that the US military is a hundred percent behind you, and will use their might against the citizenry if ordered to do so.

Refuse to obey our nation’s laws, and flaunt the refusal to follow established precedents.

Promote Russian propaganda and debunked conspiracy theories.

Dismiss proven facts as politically-motivated spin, and legitimate investigations as ‘hoaxes’.

Fire or demand resignations from people who pose a threat to any of the above.

I would like to hear any Republican point out a single thing on Putin’s wish-list that Trump has not fulfilled.

Once again, Trump pisses on our WW II ancestors. Must be an early Putin Christmas gift.

When will Republicans admit that the man they are still supporting is a National Security risk?

6. Conspiring

No matter how it was done, it was a form of conspiring/collusion....

Laundering money in Florida (Little Moscow) by selling giant houses to Russian oligarch criminals,
selling condos in trump tower NYC to Russian mobsters, it goes on and on.

And now trump has made his cult via the evangelicals and they are all trumpSTUPID.

12. Countries all over the world are getting turned upside down and inside out.

Everything that is happening in the US is happening all over the world. Rising hate and white nationalism, people having a preference for murderous dictators, countries getting flipped in favor of the ultra far right. People think that getting rid of Trump is going to solve all our problems. But no, he's a smaller part of a much bigger problem.

And that problem is Vladimir Putin. He has the ability now to topple whole governments with internet propaganda. Just look at England with Brexit. Since Brexit, their prime minister has been a revolving door situation. When Trump proves to be no longer useful, you can bet that Vlad has someone scarier up his sleeve that will do his every evil bidding and not ask questions or let things like checks and balances get in the way.

So until we rise up and get rid of Putin and the IRA, expect the same shit to keep happening.

14. Didn't he hand State secrets over to the Russians.

He sold / gave our Syrian military base over to Putin (Some speculate Putin sent cash to an off shore money laundry to pay for the base). His private business interests profit from his occupancy of the Oval Office (half a million in golf cart rentals sounds like graft or embezzling to me).
And the constant stream of lied will bring him down in spite of the Bikers For Trump waiting in the wings to attack citizens on command. Some Nazis are very fine people, really? Didn't he threaten Hillary Clinton with a Second Amendment solution? We have stepped through the looking glass. Pray for lightening.
