Florida Man caught masturbating outside store, assaults elderly witness.
A Florida senior citizen calling out a mystery masturbator was allegedly punched by the self-love sicko outside a Florida supermarket, say Miami police.
Kerry Vandergriff was busted Nov. 23 for indecent exposure in the Fresco y Mas parking lot after he repeatedly punched the senior who asked him to stop pleasuring himself.
Responding to a battery call, cops placed the 39-year-old suspect in handcuffs, reported Miami TV station WFOR.
The victim, who was not identified, told cops he noticed a seemingly inebriated Vandergriff with his pants down in front of the supermarket.
The senior claims he approached Vandergriff asking him to stop. That’s when the suspect allegedly got violent and began thrashing him, causing a facial laceration, according to the arrest report.
Vandergriff, a Jacksonville resident, continued pummeling the victim even after he tumbled to the ground, he told cops.
The suspect was arrested after refusing to identify himself to officers.
