Billy Graham was like Mother Theresa in a way, good PR over reality.

Billy Graham was viciously anti-Catholic until the 60's, in fact he helped in the "Keep that Catholic out of the White House" anti-Kennedy movement.
And he lied about it.

Billy Graham also was quoted by Jeb Magruder agreeing with Richard Nixon that "Too many Jews run Hollywood," Graham called Magruder a liar.
Hey presto! one of Nixon's tapes had Billy Graham saying just that.
Billy Graham avoided the issue and said he "didn't remember."

4. I was at One of Billy's Crusades

Actually held prayers with some of his Preachers that visited various Churches.

I never heard Bill preach the hate his so does. If he said those things Inever heard them. I do know he vowed to stay out of politics after the embarrassment of Nixon. I never heard hate in his Sermons.
