Post acquittal
Immediately announce new impeachment inquiries, send out subpoenas, hold hearings and get the entire process started again. It's not a strategy, it's their sworn duty to confront Executive misbehavior and they have tons to work with here.

1. I would call it non-removal.

2. "non-removal", I guess
Acquittals are for trials which this never really became.

3. K&R, continually reminding America about how nasty Trump is helps. Trumps Biden bid only helped him
... in his circle and some lazy asses in the M$M who think grown children are controlled by their parents

4. I think we need to give Americans a few months to regroup
This was on everyday for a month between the house and senate. I would say begin in July.

5. I understand the sentiment, but I disagree.
Doing so immediately would appear to be completely political and would feed into the idea that Democrats are just irrationally trying to go after Trump. The results would also likely be the same with the Senate acquitting without an impartial trial.
The House has ongoing investigations and continues to seek to hear from witnesses. They should continue to do so and when something actionable comes up, then they should follow the Constitutional procedures including another impeachment inquiry. |

6. I agree with you with one exception
I am in favor of calling Bolton right away.
The American People deserve to hear what he has to say and not have to wait for a book. It can be done and explained as a duty to counteract the dereliction of duty in the house. Hell, I would have done it last week just to put him on record during the same time frame and before the vote. |

7. Definitely! Him, Pompeo, and Barr need to tell us what they know.
All of them are involved and they know what happened. They must be compelled to testify. The House needs to get on subpoenas on all of them right away.
Like I said, they should keep up the pressure and the search for facts and truth. I just don't think that it should be couched in terms of impeachment right away. |

8. Pompeo and Barr would never show up
But that in itself is part of what needs to be learned.

10. Same here, but I doubt Bolton will comply. They should subpoena him anyway.
Put him on record for being an unpatriotic money-grubber and never let up until he is forced before them to answer any and all questions.

9. Didn't think I'd be saying this some time ago.
I want to see what Nancy thinks we should do.
And then I probably wanna do that. |
