6. There were two articles to vote on. Romney voter guilty on the first and not guilty on the second.

2. He voted guilty on the first article (abuse of power), not guilty on the second (obstruction)

Which I believe is what he said he was going to do in his speech.

8. No, he didn't lie. He said he would vote yes on Article 1 and no on Article 2.
