why, when numerous subpoenas were lawfully issued and ignored, that there is absolutely no repercussion? I dont understand. If laws have no meat, why do we have them, or are laws that govern us only limited to the working class Joe Blow, and beyond the purview of the powerful and wealthy?

Everything is tied up in the courts. Appeal, appeals, appeals, it can take forever
Some subpoenas were retracted, but those that were not are still in court.
