Holy hell - I don’t believe in an afterlife, but I hope Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King is watching and knows who made today’s walk happen.

2. The march is just about to start (MSNBC is covering it, CNN hasn't mentioned it yet)

Six candidates are there - Biden, Bloomberg, Buttigieg, Klobuchar, Warren, and Steyer is there too.

5. Yeah baby!! They moved the march up by a week so that it

happens before Super Tuesday. Rev All is next to Senator Warren and Pete and Chasten are just behind them.

6. Tons of youth in the march - so glad to see high school and college students

Young families and elders. A good number of whites as well

7. I just saw someone I know!! She walked right in front of the camera.

8. Are you from Alabama?

9. No. I teach on a college campus - she recently left the department to return home

to Alabama. She is a PhD in engineering and like many faculty of color - especially women - she took the lead on many diversity issues. When she left people in the department, I think, got how much lip service and how little action has happened in the decade she was here. Now a diversity committee has formed with graduate students and faculty who are pushing for change.

10. Oh. I wish these two networks, MSNBC and CNN, would stop interrupting with other stuff.
