I've seen this on the local paper's website.
First, using "President" is leadingly, positive framing.
Second (and more importantly), limiting truly bad evaluations. No fail, no terrible, no horrendous, no worst ever, not even a WTF?.

Of course, those are usually even more simplistic: "Do you think President Trump is doing a good job? Yes [] No [] "

I get there polls all the time, one series of questions they ask are about trump and whether you approve or disapprove. At the end they ask what he has done that you disapprove of and allow you to write your opinion on what he has done that you disapprove of, I just put he is he is an asshole and still breathing
