then they will still be tallied for Pete or Amy. As will all the ballots cast for someone no longer running but who pulled out after ballots were printed.

We don't have actual early voting, here, and this is the first year they've allowed 'no reason' absentee voting. Our primary is next Tuesday.

It takes a long time to wind down a presidential campaign and there are a lot of expenses. They can transfer funds to other federal candidate committees but there are restrictions.

any delegates they got will be basically free agents when they go to the county conventions when they occur. That will be happening during March.
