and that, she was convinced, proved the dedication of the team.

Before she stepped to the mic, Pence extolled how she was already contributing to the group and was a fine addition. And yet, nothing was said about what fine contributions she made, nor did she expound on her role beyond being happy to have a phone and a computer.
