One of the best ideas I heard for Matthew's hour is to use it to call back former Hardball guests and let them finish those statements they started before Chris interrupted them.

How about moving Nicole to 7:00 and Al Franken to 5:00 and Chuckes to 4:00. Or Nicole to 5:00 and Al to 7:00. Nicole has a 8 year old, she might want to get home at a decent hour, I don't know when the shows are really taped.
