Do you have a Discover card?

If so, how do you like the new statement format and layout?

I do not like it.
The type face is harder to read and the charges are listed chronologically instead of grouped by category.

If you feel the way I do, please call Discover customer service at 1-800/347-2683 and tell them. I did.
Talked to a very pleasant woman who said this is how they learn what the customers want.

He paid for almost everything with it and griped a little bit at places that wouldn't take it. Not in a jackass grumpy old man way - he was just teasing and only with places we were regulars at and the waitstaff knew us. He was a great tipper so I can't say for sure they thought he was funny but they always smiled when he came in and wished him very well on his way out.

but none of that helps you. He would have certainly hated a more difficult typeface - he had a hard enough time reading big easy letters.

To “improve” their statements. Comes across to me as someone in the operation justifying their job.
