Does anyone know why Roger Stone is not in jail yet???

1. He's out on bail pending appeal.

2. How does he get to do this and Harvey Weinstein was taken away in handcuffs?

But the prosecution would have had to agree to it. It's pretty common in federal white-collar cases (which the Weinstein case was not) where the defendant isn't violent and isn't a flight risk.

4. Weinstein came down very suddenly with "palpitations"

and was taken to Bellevue (hospital) rather than Rikers (jail) where he was supposed to go. As far as I know he's still in Bellevue. I was wondering myself just last night why Stone isn't in the hoosegow.
