has landed with U.S. District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who ruled in favor of the House to enforce Don McGahn's subpoena writing "presidents are not kings." The D.C. Circuit overturned the ruling last week.

It's a bullshit nuisance lawsuit with no chance of proceeding, and its costs will be borne by his committee, i.e., his donors.

Now, when it is thrown out, he can say it was a beautiful lawsuit but was derailed by a cheating Obama judge.
