Every time he opens that baboon's ass that passes for a mouth, Americans lose millions if not billions in their investments, savings, and IRA accounts.
On Wednesday Americans woke up to the realization that Trump will be an underdog in November, and the market responded with the largest one-day point rise in history.
But then the fat, dumb, sonofabitch started yapping about his fucking "hunch" that the coronavirus is not really so bad, and urged sick people to go to work. Predictably, the DOW dropped almost 1,000 points. (The stable genius business wizard now owns all NINE of the largest one-day market point losses ever.)
C'mon, Lard Butt ... watch Fox and Friends, eat a couple dozen cheeseburgers, and order a few more fake Time "Man of the Year" magazine covers.
But in the mean time, just SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP.

Please use at your pleasure.

(130,876 posts)we'll ALL have to suffer for another ##### months, and then try to recover; LOTS of work to do.
We can use his recorded stupidity to beat him, LOTS of that available, for smart Dems who take advantage of it.

(10,885 posts)to me today as I was checking out "I really don't believe all this hogwash. This is just a manufactured crisis". I didn't ask if she was a Trumper...some things are best left unknown, and I'd like to still like her.
By the way, BJs was fully stocked in all items. People around here either didn't get the memo, or choose not to prepare, even though we are very close to at least 3 cases of CV.
Today's shopping trip: Mega-size Charmin, Lysol Wipes, a 30-pack of Pop Secret popcorn, and a supply of Budweiser. I'm set for anything.
ETA: This BJs is in Franklin, (eastern) MA, as a point of reference.

(12,809 posts)... were in agreement not necessarily that the coronavirus epidemic is fake but rather that it was purposely launched as a diversion by China to wipe... something... out of the news (I didn't quite catch what it was the Chinese were supposed to want us to stop paying attention to).

(111,254 posts)but no matter what Orange Shart says, the news pick it up and remind everybody that we basically have no functioning Executive Branch and the market tanks again.
It's also reminding people why putting their retirement savings in the stock market is generally a very bad idea for people with small savings. Money can and does evaporate into thin air. A lot of it is evaporating right now because of Orange Shart's stupid tax cuts that ran the market up as corporations bought up their stocks to goose the prices and make the executives richer. Stocks are only worth what you can get for them on the day you sell them. Paper net worth is only useful if you are trying to leverage a shitload of debt to start a company.
That doesn't happen to the people who got the hearty handshake and the "we'll miss seeing you around here" a week or two ago. The market has always rebounded, but that's after it has fallen as far as it has to and after enough time has gone by for people to shift big money out of bonds and t-bills to start another boom. To them, I'd have to say do what you have to do. Get a McJob to pay some bills, collect Social Security, apply for SNAP, visit the local food bank for a few staple items. Your peers will be doing the same thing, either having lost their retirement in the market or not getting paid enough to be in the market.
How low will this go? It's hard to tell. I can't see it doing much to recover while that overstuffed idiot is still in the White House because he and his bunch have no clue what to do about it. Even that large emergency rate cut by the Fed lasted one day.
Good luck to us all, and don't forget to rub a Chump's nose in it whenever you can: the top-down Republican way DOES NOT WORK. Period.
