Off San Francisco Bay. If nothing else, weve seen, from the cruise ship off Japan is how a ship is a perfect environment for spreading.

I think that we will find out that most of them can be released to their homes for self-quarantine.
But if they all stay on the ship, the number of the infected will grow fast.
I am no expert, but there have to be epidemiologists who can come with ideas.
We must have learned something from the previous floating Petri dish.

(10,039 posts)several ads on cruise holidays. I suspect that there are a lot of cancellations and the industry is hurting. I wouldn't even consider a cruise right now.

No way I'd get on to one of those floating Petri dishes.

There seems to be a very steep learning curve for our government here. Im losing respect for the CDC every damn day.
