Are these german soldiers who were interned after the war by russia or survivors of jewish prisoners in german concentration camps in russian territory?

Germany invaded russia, but I wasn't aware they set up concentration camps. The russians on the other hand showed no humanity to captured germans (for obvious, albeit sick reasons).

of Christians and Jews who try to help Jews who are in desperate financial difficulties.
