Trump said at a Fox News town hall forum that he was intending to reduce funding for Social Security and Medicare, two large federal programs.

"Oh, we'll be cutting," he said.

The move would be a reversal from Trump's pledge to leave those programs untouched in a second term.

Trump has previously expressed a willingness to reduce funding for Social Security and Medicare in a second term.

We're gonna have growth like you wouldn't believe. The economy is growing slower than in President Obama's terms. Republicans always say that "economic growth is going to offset ..." or some bull shit like that. Reagan said it, and he had to raise taxes or fees 11 times. Bush Jr. said it and we almost ended up in the Second Great Depression.

Trump lies like no other person in politics, but this time he us just doing his usual over the top presentation of the standard Republican lie.

Of course the Fox person says, you can't get anywhere without cutting entitlements. Problem is she set Trump up to have to answer.
