The decision was based on recommendations from the Interim Health Authority and the director of Austin Public Health. I'm sure the fact that more than a dozen major companies had already withdrawn and more were in discussions went into the decision.

Adler made the announcement, but he certainly wasn't the only one involved in the decision.
