That every natural disaster, pandemic, etc. that happens under a Republican President turns into a complete shit show? Not only are Republicans incompetent, but all these disasters expose that they don't care about people and that their policies do not work!

It should be obvious why they're trying to downplay the crisis.

They are really bad at governing! Government isn't the problem, republicans and conservatism strangling the government is the real problem.

solving problems. They have a blind spot, denial, that business cannot fix everything so whatever needs to be fixed is ignored. Every day I think of Katrina and how similar this mess is.

To keep the masses out of the way of Repuke's business of money making. They don't believe in service to the public. Hence, they don't have "policies".

In all the major disasters I can think up the Dems took over and cleaned up the mess. In Jan 2009 Pres Obama took office and within days faced the impending collapse of the international banking system, the start of Great Depression II.

because of their families. Goetz is an overgrown frat boy, who had lots of help from his daddy getting into office. Maybe daddy thought the responsibility would make him grow up? It didn't. Ron Johnson (Wis) got into office by way of his father-in-law's money. He is nothing to brag about, either. Most of them have never known what it is like to hold down a REAL job. Failures at everything, so why not "run" the government, and make lots of cash while they are at it?

Dim Son Bush ignored warnings about an imminent attack, then after 9-11 launched the colossal strategic blunder in Iraq.

Now Trump is doing Putin's bidding, tearing apart yhe NATO alliance which protected and promoted liberal democracy for generations.
