that Canadian government know how to care/assess/treat their citizens, cause our country is really messed up right now.

2. If somebody has symptoms

they're still stuck on board this floating Petri dish, from the way I read it. Finding a way to bring symptomatic Canadians back for treatment in isolation would convince me that the Canadian government is that much better.
