We are supposed to take a trip next month with my elderly parents. Obviously we arent going to take the risk. You would think they could implement a call you back system given their resources. They sent us a PDF in an email that looked like spam on Friday saying we can move the the dates for free. Im really appalled by how bad their response has been.
Any tips on actually getting through to an operator?

(9,352 posts)Did you use a travel agent? If so, call them.
Otherwise, hold on.

At least any air plans can be redone.

We are booked on Carnival late next month out of New Orleans so we're relived we can reschedule. Now only if Alaska Airlines will waive their fees.

Smart move not to expose your family to the illnesses on those cruises.
