an sort of addiction to adrenaline that is common in war correspondents. I know a few and they are fearless and a little scary at times.

On Twitter, he was kinda going the glass half empty or half full mode. He reminded his audience that 98% of people contracting the virus will be just fine. That’s not the same as saying “no big deal”.

Right now the death rate is about 3.5% globally, but some epidemiologists and other scientists have stated that, after better estimates can be made of milder cases (that don’t seek clinical remedy), the rate may look like 2% or lower. (It’s late or I’d find cites, but Dr. Fauci is one of them.)

developments of the virus, is not considered "seriously ill," by the CDC.

Which is just insanity.

They are redefining things to keep numbers artificially low.
