It's not until big money gets a hit that trump starts stinking like a dead skunk in the middle of the road.

What about the drop in oil, when was the last drop like it is now?

They said something about 1991 on CNN I think.

On one occasion During the worst days of the market selloff in late 2008 I remember that happening.

I was a Broker back then and I remember seeing it on my terminal around 8 Am or so. At that point of the year the Dow was in the 9500 range, so if the curb was at 10% then obviously it was trading 950 points off the previous close, or thereabouts.

But yes, the futures trading was down to the limit or “curb” and they halt trading at that point.

the rule (which has never been used so far) the market stops for the day to "cool it off". I doubt it'll drop 5,000 pts.

both Friday afternoon freefalls were prevented by Fed promising lower rates and WH promising tax breaks and bailouts to affected industries.

They'll be another rate cut announced and more WH promises of parachute money.

The market dropping is from trumps failing policies, not a hoax. Remember he claimed it was contained, then claimed Democrats were to blame for it. He'll now start pushing for bailouts that he can apply to him and his businesses to funnel a lot of our money into his pockets , again. trumps again promoting the same propaganda as putin is.

Because their economy is based on oil revenue's, so it'll really hit their economy bad. trump will do now whatever putin wants him to do to retaliate against the Prince's actions. The prince knows putin wants more power over control of the oil pricing. trumps so compromised he has no choice. putin has more on trump then the Prince does, so. trump will get screwed no matter which side he promotes now. Another good reason to get away from fossil fuels, it promotes corruption , hurts our environment, and it hurts the people with unreliable costs.

Who said Russia is well equipped to see if the Saudis blink because their break even point on a barrel of oil is considerably lower than what the Saudis point is.
