On March 9, 2020, Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Anatoly Antonov met the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin.
The two sides discussed the current state and future prospects of Russia-U.S. relations, implementation of the arrangements reached by Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump during the summits in Helsinki in 2018 and Osaka in 2019.
The Russian side reconfirmed its intention to continue joint work on stabilization of bilateral relations, expressed interest in maintaining a regular and direct dialogue between the Embassy and the U.S. Administration.

Putin is implementing? What mess has Trump gotten us into now, his so called deals usually ends up with the other side snickering at us while the US is left holding the short end of the stick and looking like a rube while Trump congratulates himself for being a stable genius.
If the past is prolog, then there's every reason to believe that Trump has done something terribly illegitimate if not treasonous. If he had scored something beneficial, he would still be bragging blowing his own horn. The fact that he hasn't said a word makes my suspect that these "arrangements" are going to be really bad for the country.
