I just got back from an appointment for a new (routine) prescription. The waiting room was packed. When the PA saw me, I asked how things were going. She said most of the people coming in were just nervous about the virus, not (yet) sick. She then added that the hardest thing for other staffers and her had been the lack of coordination (from the administration, not within the practice), and "I just wish there weren't so much confusion in direction" from them. I said I hope we can correct that in November and she agreed.
