Think FEMA has any plans- any plans at all- to do something to help the American people in the (seemingly increasingly likely) event that the coronavirus gets out of control?

Do you think they've heard of this virus, or been following the news?

joking aside, I have no idea. Trump's been doing a mob-style burndown of the federal government for 3 years. I have no idea what's left and what's still functional.

2. I saw a video the other day, in one of the middle states

I can't verify it though( I usually don't share in that case), it was intriguing there was a train with tons of armored vehicle's, they looked like military. I believe it came from one of the state's with a quarantine camps. Nebraska maybe?
Unfortunately they are aware and fully under Trump's thumb.
