do damage to Russian oil industry since Russia chose to cut prices to hurt the US oil industry, whil OPEC increased production instead. If IQ45 made a deal, Putin is going to be upset.

When they did the Aramco Oil IPO,one knew there was this possibility was or could happen. They raised more than a trillion dollars which gives them a financial Cushion to prevent a Overthrow of the King as well as support their Political Causes around the World.

One of Bloomberg's Oil Economic Guru's predicted this last November or December. Yes,they wanted to hit the Shale Guy's,but,what is interesting is,the Saudi and Other Soverign Wealth Funds in the Middle east hold those junk rated bonds issued by the Shale Drillers.

The other one was just when the stock markets started to really tank & I read something here -- he ran to the computer to confirm and immediately canceled a bunch of stuff he'd recently initiated.
