Trump's Payroll Tax Cut is an ATTACK on Social Security. It's a massive CUT.

Ask your senators and representatives to REJECT this asinine response to COVID19! Damned Larry Kudlow is on TV suggesting that we BORROW from OUR social security & Medicare to pay for tax cuts -- because of coronavirus.

This isn't going to help ANYBODY. It's just Republicans using coronavirus as an EXCUSE to blast a massive hole into social security and medicare (which Republicans have wanted to destroy since its inception in 1935).

TELL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES TO SAY "NO!" to this asinine idea: https://actionnetwork.org/letters/tell-congress-reject-trumps-payroll-tax-cut-in-response-to-coronavirus

And it was for employees only. Trump wants to zero out the 6.2% payroll tax for employees and employers and has said he would like to make that permanent with no proposal for an alternate way to fund Social Security. It sounds like the idea is DOA in both houses of Congress in any case.
