CDC March 10: 8554 specimens tested for COVID-19.

Number of specimens tested for the virus that causes COVID-19 by CDC labs (N=3,698) and U.S. public health laboratories (N=4,856).

Also not clear if inaccurate tests are included in the early numbers.

CDC site does not clarify either question.
