3. The only way to flatten the curve is for extreme contact tracing. That failure is what got us that

Contact tracing is more effiecient, but social distancing will flatten the curve dramatically.

Both are what China did apparently. Where there is a massive outbreak social distancing is the only manageable response. With minimal cases contact tracing can be done with limited resources.

self quarantine and they don't. I noticed that some states are not saying where their cases are and I think that is a foolish mistake. At least tell the people what county they are in. Preferably what city/town that has a case.
