Claiming the Chinese failed containing this , and it's all their fault it's here in the states, and for the markets tanking here. He will start a campaign to blame them for his disaster he's caused here. He's desperately trying to bully the market up , and threaten , bribe, illegally manipulate the markets and their numbers to keep from being exposed he screwed up. It's over for trump because the markets have just begun losing because of him and other greed driven dictators now. He was told a year ago this would happen, then threw a fit, attacked the messenger for it eventually causing him to leave from it, while trump did nothing, but lie. He still is.
