Official stuff seems to bore him and he just can't get off on it, (although, in my theory, there is a reason for that persona being played in those situations) I don't think the Adderall even helps a bit.

At a Devotional Rally he's smug, perky, cocky, irascible, etc. It's like Xmas Day for a kid. His speech is clear and there are less gaffes. He comes off as confident and in control.
