13. Here's what I think he's going to do: EMPTY the social security trust fund. Medicare, too.

He'll promise to replace the money from the general fund (that won't happen and if it does, the amount will be a tiny fraction of what it was).

There will be some version of this in his "plan". And he will do it by executive order, NO congressional scrutiny or approval involved.

He'll say he got bad information early one (someone will be thrown under the bus) but now he has received good information. And he knows the country must act. He'll encourage another rate cut. Ask people to work from home if they can. Ground the airlines for 10 days. And he'll ask Congress to suspend all taxes until Labor Day. Oh, and the boarders will be closed for the next 10 days as well.
