We have incompetent leadership, a huge chunk of society that believes at worst it’s like getting the flu, a society that doesn’t call off work for many reasons and an open country that won’t take measures like other countries. I don’t believe this is gonna be anywhere close to like “The Stand” or something, but when we look back at this I believe America will be hit hardest by this virus.

6. I agree but the Governors that I have seen stepping up and taking charge

are all Democrats. I could be wrong so, any Republican Governors out there leading the charge for their states?

He is a shit but knows what side his bread is buttered on. He may not have done anything else but that is more than my governor in Florida has done. Of course here shutting down public gatherings wrecks the economy overnight.

5. While short-term is dismal, long-term I think we'll see improvements in healthcare, more

working and education on-line, better sick leave policies, maybe Yang’s basic income, realization that we really are in this together, etc.
