I am Chinese and I know the history my culture has with eating wild animals. It's in the history and it's the literature. Sometimes, they aren't even fully cooked so I can fully see how the virus got transferred to human. I am horrified of what and how they are cooking these wild animals but seemingly, they are not.

Yes. Unfortunately, hygene has never been a concern for most of them. I grew up in Hong Kong, and even we have wet markets that has live chickens that they kill on the spot because it ensures that it's fresh. And Hong Kong is way better than China for hygene and it's illegal to kill and eat wild animals in Hong Kong.
