This is in Cook County (Chicago), Illinois. I asked because I have a rare autoimmune disease and another pre-existing condition.

She said that any testing has to be approved by the county and can't be done on anyone without significant symptoms. Those include a high fever and a list of other criteria that she didn't specify.
