(63,221 posts)Now THAT sounds like a real President. It's been so long since we have heard someone who is reasonable, balanced and statesman-like, I have almost forgotten that it should be the norm. I am so tired of the drama and insanity of Trump. I just want him to go away forever!

Of course, there's nothing wrong with that at all, and he did a great job delivering a very powerful counter-narrative.
That contrast with the current occupant should definitely move some hearts and minds.

Not even sure how many were out in the room, but that is part of the art.
Either will look better than that dead stare of the Occupant last night.
With any luck, Joe will continue hitting his stride on all this and sanity can regain some foothold next January.
